Once I got to the request for my SS# on the online application, I stopped because I wanted to check another option before our credit was pulled. If you don't know already buying a home is a very big and important decision, one that must not be taken lightly. And as my wife and I began the journey which now has led us into our wonderful new house, we just wanted to take this opportunity to share that it would not have happened as easily as it did without the guidance and support of the PCHM family. Since the beginning I knew from previous experience and stories from friends that every single decision you make in this process can lead to many possible outcomes and/or pitfalls, some which can be very costly financially speaking. I knew that this ever so complicated home buying process evolves year after year, and so early on I knew I wanted to be in the strongest position possible as a buyer, and so I had to make decisions.
